January 2022 COVID Update

Our printers and embroiderers have informed us that the current wave of COVID is impacting operations in two key ways. We are still open for business, but please bear with us as orders may take a bit longer than normal, and some items may not be in stock.

Production Time

Our printing and embroidery partners have put new safety measures in place to protect their workers, including capacity limits. They are also experiencing staff shortages due to illness and/or self-isolation requirements. As a result, the time it takes to produce your order may be longer than usual. We're still striving to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but if you do have a specific date you need to receive your order by, please do give it plenty of time to arrive.

Product Availability

Shirts: All the printers we work with are experiencing product shortages at the moment. If your selected colour/size are out of stock with our main printers, we will try to source the same (or very similar) product from a backup printer. In some cases, we may need to reach out to you and ask you to select a new colour of shirt.

Right now, the colours we're having the hardest trouble finding across a number of sizes are black (and heather black) and navy (and heather navy).

Our printers anticipate that the inventory situation should improve in February.

Hats: The embroidery company we work with lets us connect directly with their inventory system, so if a hat/colour is out of stock, you won't be able to order it. At the moment, black pom pom toques are available in limited supply and other colours are out of stock until February 2nd.
